This lucky student will spend the day meeting with various administrators and staff, helping make decisions, and planning events. When sitting at the Head's desk, she will answer calls, write letters, and meet with visitors. She will get to pick the menu for a seated luncheon in the private dining room and invite five guests to join her.

Ms. Ellie's Macarons

After she returns from the Appalachian Trail in January, Ms. Ellie will whip up a batch of 30 of her famous and delicious macarons in your choice of flavor combination. You can pick one flavor for the cookie shell and one for the filling. Flavor combination favorites include matcha-raspberry and lavender-Earl Grey, but less exotic flavors are welcome, too! Share them with your friends!

Please give a week's notice. Ellie returns to Foxcroft in January 2019, so she can bake these macarons between January 5, 2019 and May 30, 2019.

Enjoy Cincinnati-style Skyline chili made with beef, served over spaghetti noodles, with side toppings of: shredded cheddar, oyster crackers, kidney beans, diced onion, and tabasco, plus a healthy salad. To be served to your group at the Gamboa home on a mutually agreeable evening.
