Donation Form Instructions

For Cash Donations

If you're not sure what to donate, you can donate cash for the Auction Committee to purchase Raffle items or prizes for the Auction. Please insert "N/A" in any required fields that are associated with an Item Donation (Item Name, Estimated Value, Item Description).

For Item Donations

In the Estimated Value field, please provide your best guess at the value of the item. The Auction Committee uses this information to set the opening bid, so this is an important piece of information.

In the Item Description field, please provide as much information as possible to help create enthusiasm and interest for your item in the online Auction catalog. Measurements are always helpful as are features and benefits. Since bidders will have only the description and photos to go on for bidding, this section is especially important.

In the Notes field, please provide any restrictions. If there are specific dates, for instance, or if the item must be claimed by as certain date, please include that information here. Unless noted, the donor will provide services virtually, if possible, or within a 25-mile radius of Middleburg and within one year of the Auction.

If there is anyone else we should thank for this donation, please provide their name and address in the field requesting additional people for recognition.

The Auction Committee reserves the right to combine your item with other items, offer your item as a prize, or use it as a Raffle item.
